Exactly Scorenix. Like those $7 to $11 hour JOBZ jobs are gonna pay for a $250,000 home. The men at the city management level must have been smitten by Rhonda Moen. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

Agreed. They even forecasted $150,000 plus homes from the new JOBZ jobs coming to AL. Then you had the "finance cover-up" of miss vicky issuing two checks for the sole purpose of excluding her requirement to first get permission from the city council. Now followed by the admission that the city Finance Director used a city issued credit card to purchase for her husband round trip airfare and valet parking.

The name "Tiger Hills".  :crazy:


It tells me the whole story. Their explanation that is...

When I first heard the name I thought of course, it's near the High School, a little bit of School pride ain't a bad thing...

But no...the Moens had to tell us it had nothing to do with the the High School Team. It was a red flag that told me this was a hoax. The Moens think they are smarter than the average Joe and can con/sell them only I'm a born salesman. It's in my blood and I can smell a phony a mile away. Greg's not a developer, he's a dreamer. He became a developer when we gave him $2 million dollars.

Interesting.  The city has such an interesting track record in the real estate business.  Maybe they should hire an agency and get out of the street and sewer business.  That hasn't been very lucrative for them.  :rofl:

Anyone remember what we paid for the road, water, sewer, and the deceleration lane? I remember one of the council members said that we should pay for the whole cost of the lane because Clarks Grove would.

This is why we should pay our council more to attract a little brighter candidiates. It's like the old expression if you pay peanuts you'll get monkeys.
