Madison Passingham
Madison Passingham, a 2010 Albert Lea High School graduate, will be attending Itasca Community College, Grand Rapids, majoring in physical therapy and athletic training in the area of pediatrics. She is the daughter of Kim and Chad Lundak, of Albert Lea, grandaughter of Chris and Ron McIntire, of Glenville, and great-granddaughter of Lue Miller, of Albert Lea.
Maddy's real Dad Sean was left out of this article. His EX-WIFE really knows how to kick a guy below the belt.
I'm sure they don't get along , but to leave out her Dad is wrong. Kim , think of your Daughter and include Sean. He is the Father and you can't take that away.

This isn't a big deal to many, but to family and friends it is a big deal. I don't know the situation but if the dad's name was left out on purpose then shame on whoever submitted this.
When I read it I thought Chad Lundak was the dad. Did Chad adopt Madison? Did Sean give up parental rights?
WP thinks this isn't a big deal but I think it is on a much deeper level. Parents who use their kids just to piss off the other parent suck ass.

My name is Chad Lundak, and my wife Kim and I are making our first and hopefully last appearance on this forum. We would like to clarify some points for the ignorant and/or uninformed posters on this board. The graduation announcement that several of you have felt the need to criticize was certainly not submitted by anyone in Madi's family. Do you honestly think Kim and I are in some sordid parental "power grab" over an adult child? How would that explain leaving Kim's father, my parents, Kim's great grandmother off the announcement (Oh yeah, we decided to spell Kim's mother's name wrong as well)? The announcement was placed by the Eagles organization who were generous enough to award Madi a sholarship. How and why so many important people in Madi's family were left off is anyone's guess. Perhaps they only included those who are active in the Eagles organization, I don't know. What is sad and disturbing is the level of reaction it envoked in several of you. Implying that any of us are interested in that sort of "one upsmanship" is crazy. When we first read the announcement, the first call we made was to Sean as we had no idea where the announcent came from. Furthermore, the family information provided to the Eagles came from the application which was filled in by the applicant herself. I highly doubt Madi intentionally left off so many important family members. Please feel free to reply to this post with any negative comment you would like. I only have one request. You notice I included my name. If your opinion means so much to you by all means show some "guts" and include your real name. If you choose to remain anonymous please also try to ignore the petty coward that stares at you in the mirror each day...
