I heard that the cell phone company's have sold the cell phone numbers.!!!!!!!!!!! So YOU might get a call from a telephone marketing number. They have already called one of our cells !! They are on the loose ! YOU will get charged for that call.!!!!! The cell phone YOU use, will have to be the one to be called from to BLOCK them from calling you. You can't use someone else's phone or any other phone to do it. YOU have to do it from your OWN Cell phone in order to block YOUR CELL phone. That number you call is: 888-382-1222. The web site you can go to is: (I am NOT too sure if this is ALSO for CELL PHONES or not??) THAT web site is: www.donotcall.gov Just thought I would let you know! Pass this on to anyone you know that has a cell phone!!

Does this forwarded email sound familiar to you countrygal?
QUOTE In 31 days, cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls. You will be charged for these calls. Call this number from your cell phone 888-382-1222 or register on-line at www.donotcall.gov. It is the national DO NOT CALL list. It only takes a minute of your time. It blocks your number for 5 years. Please pass this on to everyone you know who may be interested. urban legends

Yeah I followed the leader Countrygal......everybody in the office gave me the damn e-mail they got, so, I did pass the number and the obviously over played information......then I start getting e-mail from some local wack job telling me she called the number weeks ago and she's getting "blank pictures" on her cell phone now. She warned me if I continued to pass on the information something might happen. Hell......the funny part is I don't have a cell phone....don't want a cell phone.....don't believe in cell phones and now I'm the bad guy. I guess we should have learned a lesson from the elections recently.....there are a lot of sheep out there that follow the leader. Guilty as charged.
Darrel......

I sure didn't mean to cause any harm by repeating what I heard, But the number you give out is really a do not call number. It just seemed really odd, we had just gotten a couple of calls from a telemarketer a couple days prior to hearing this. So none the less, it wasn't a bad idea calling that number to be put on that list. Just like a persons home phone, you can do the same.
I have a cell, in case of a medical emergency, or other emergency's & to make calls when I need to.
I'm so sorry Darell, didn't mean to cause any harm. Keep up the good work !
