I personally never update windows. I do however check and install virus definations everyday, without fail. Also I do not use IE unless I absolutely need to. I use Mozilla. Limewire is a good P2P program and is not spy-wear supported, give it a try. It doesn't always find everything but I guess I'm not that "into" downloading music. Spybot is a good program too, I guess it's the one Norton suggests.
