If you click view poll, you lose your opportunity to vote.  It's neither a nay or yea vote.

Out of curiosity... why? Is it because you could allow the results to skew your vote?

And is that policy posted anywhere?

Clovis, it's that way on any board I've followed.  It's probably a default set by the ikonboard, you'd had to have the administrator better answer that one.

How about a poll to determine if truckwriter is really just a fat, stinky, greasy truck driver living at Trails...LOL

I haven't viewed or voted prior to right now and it says i already voted.  Democracy hijacked by the liberal socialist war machine; and kid mong-0-loid is there agent here.  Or he is a child struggling to find his place, to equal his right of passage and fight against the norms.

Either way he's about as much fun as a case of pink eye.

I didn't know that if you clicked on view you lost your right to vote ... that should be stated somewhere near the "click" button.

The change that I would make is to be able to view the votes and be able to vote after viewing the votes. It's my vote ... now I'm out  :(

However, in this particular poll ... I wouldn't vote anyone out. I wish kid would grow up because if he would quit snaggeling everyone he may even have something to contribute. I also don't believe kid is a totally stupid person, just imature and lack of respect for others. He's completely anti about every post or idea made by someone else. It doesn't seem to matter what the point is ... if you are for it, he's against it. Finding fault with most everything everyone has said on this forum.

It does.  Next to "View results", it says "null vote" in parenthesis.

The saddest part about "Kid", he isn't a kid. He is an adult .
Thought you were communicating with a 7 yr. old didn't you?

How do you know that? By kid I mean between 9 and 18 .. more or less. Unless you know him ... ? It's very hard to imagine kid being an adult ... in fact it's kind of scary  :O

Do you realize what's really scary? It's not some rabble-rouser like KD who says what he thinks.  It's that Truth is Repdan and Repdan is Truth. He is your representitive in congress. Hence his interest in law without being a cop.
I for one, do not want to be represented by an individual such as that. It's embarrasing.
