I still can't believe it. We have city streets in terrible shape, but are spending tax dollars on a flipping stupid ass project to make Plaza more difficult to negotiate. What a mess  ed up deal.
Who's the cracker that came up with THIS idea?!?!?

It’s our City Manager, who else. He’s messed up everything including his lawn!
Why Mr Adams received this position is way beyond me.

When are they going to line up all the other streets in Albert Lea that are 1/2 block off? Marshall street is about 1/2 mile off?

While you are at it don't forget Richway Drive & Bridge St, a offset street on a major intersection. the real boondogle is 777th Ave, the street to nowhere! This is Dorman's dream of connecting to the I-90 Interstate!
