In regard to the 'bubble' comment. Economies are cyclical. They go up and down.

moderator opens up the debate preaching the bullsh!t of a grand and glorious economy, wow, how's that when te fed is considering even another round of quantitative easing? When we've had 8 years of suppressed interest rates? When our gov has increased debt to nightmarish proportions. Let's not forget cooked unemployment numbers, lowest home ownership in ages and 50 million living below the poverty line.
The average bull market lasts about 7 years, we're in year 8, I got your cyclical right here boy

Since I was a kid I've been an entrepreneur, watched prosperity and hardship and what's happening now I've never seen.
