Maddog would have bitched about the cost of the trip if he would have went.
Just out of curiosity what big chance did he blow? Is it his reelection you're worried about? Or do you think one of those world leaders would change their mind and decide to help in Syria?

I'm with Ros on this.
The French didn't want us there and asked us not to come. The VeeP is an embarrassing tool, the Sec State would be running around blaming the problem on climate change, and Obama would point fingers at everyone but himself.

QUOTE (MADDOG @ Jan. 14 2015,5:28 pm)
QUOTE Maybe Obama should have been there? I think he blew a huge chance. Look at all the foreign dignitaries and leaders who were there that he could have bowed and apologized to. I see you watch late nite television. I don't stay up late enough for that. Maybe I heard a replay clip on that one.

I guess the biggest chance he blew was a chance to be heckled and scoffed for being there in face only. He doesn't even talk a good talk anymore. No one would believe him anyway.

Why didn't Republican John Boehner go to France? He is the the third in line to the presidency? Probably because he would make the United States look weak.. I don't always disagree with you and I've been giving you the benefit of the doubt for quite a while because of how brain washed you come off but to think that we would ever send a majority leader of congress over to France on a diplomatic mission is plain dumb, especially when they are from an opposing political party of the White House.
Here's some cheese and crackers. Now go sit in the corner.

I think its stupid to go to every massacre in the world..
Did world leaders march after the Oklahoma City Bombing? Did they march after Columbine? Did world leaders march after the Boston Bombing?
Maybe world leaders should have marched in Benghazi, you dumbasses..
Holy frikin Christ you people have your priorities stuck somewhere up your ass.. Its moronic cable news banter and you guys get sucked right into it.. Fluff means nothing to me.. Just fix the problem for Christ Almighty.. God I hate stupid..
