After a merger it's projected that the combined company would gross about 23 billion a year.
Because of our current tax code the US take is diminished.

Well how about that? Cadillac is going to move production of the SRX back from Mexico, God bless them.
They'll be moving them into the old Saturn facility in Spring Hill Tennesee.
Isn't Tennesee a right to work state???
