Prosecutor reviewing fatal squad car crash Published 1:54pm Saturday, October 8, 2011 Email Comments NEW ULM — A prosecutor is reviewing evidence in a fatal New Ulm police car crash to determine whether any charges are warranted.
The Minnesota State Patrol conducted the investigation into the July crash which killed 82-year-old Myra Meyer, of New Ulm, and her 60-year-old son, Brian Wichmann, of Mankato. Meyer was driving the car that was struck by a police squad as she was waiting to turn into a driveway.
Redwood County Attorney Steven Collins is reviewing video recordings and hundreds of photos and is talking with investigators. The State Patrol completed its investigation last week.
Collins expects his review will take at least seven days.
You know if this was the other way around, meaning a cop had been killed, we'd have a long list a charges already and you know it! Remember, when cops make mistakes, it's always your fault, no and's if's or but's. They are SUPER people. They are better than you and I and their lives are worth more. They are drug warriors. It's why they can get drunk and touch penis and keep rocking. Next.
