I say we we loan Rhonda Moen and her husband $1,350,000 for a high end housing development. I mean C'mon she works for the city and this can be viewed as an extension of that so why should she have to go through a bank? Why should she have to go through the mountains of red tape in securing a bank loan? That's too hard and cumbersome and she shouldn't be made to be put through the ringer.
She just wants what's best for the city and this is a great investment opportunity for us. Let's think about the money we could be making...sometimes a little greed is good and we should get in on this!
Are ya with me?

I remember when they voted on that and they were talking about the city paying for the turn lanes because other area cities were willing to foot the bill if they built there.

Oh yes, there must have been at least a dozen other cities willing to lend them 1.35 million dollars. We better hurry up and foot the bill before they take their development elsewhere!

I say we charge Rhonda Moen for the exact same thing she had Jim Norman charged for. Let's see how many felonies that one rings up. Let's also get all this Tiger Hills mess out in the open. Something fishy going on there for sure.

Please, won't you help your developers!
It just makes me feel like pulling my hair out sometimes!~
It's tough out there and times are hard and they're getting even harder. I wanna know why we can't let the Moens slide for another three years on their payments? Is that really so much to ask in these trying times? I'm sure you know what it feels to be tight on cash.
Sure Rhonda Moen makes $80K a year and her husband and partner is working as well, but they need that money for themselves. They need that money to buy clothes, and pay for gas(it's $4 a gallon now!) and make car payments and let's not even get started on what they need for their kids college funds. It's hard out there and they deserve a break like everyone else! Please, won't you let the Moens slide for another 3 years on payments. I mean it's not like people don't let you slide on payments for 3 years...C'mon be honest.
Please just let them slide...they'll pay it ALL back with interest one day I PROMISE! ALL OF IT! Every last penny...really truly...I promise...
