Wow, I'm just in awe of her Joy-sey like "situation". She made what?... like over $80,000 a year in salary, was able to verify her own credit card debits AND has the city put up hundreds of thousands of dollars for her business too boot! Good work if you can find it and she can...again. She found another high pay job and were still funding her business. I'd say that pretty much makes her the winner.
What a mess. I still see no clarity in regard to who is truly in charge of the city. Who is it exactly? The finance director, who just happens to be leaving, trumps the council, city manager and mayor?
