It's an Iraqi TV show that sets up some Government diplomats with fake car bombs and then the soldiers who are in on the fun proceed to tell the person they are going to be executed etc etc. Watch the first part where the car gets stopped and you will see the soldiers going behind the car to set the prank up. Punk'd Iraqi style.   :D
