This was reported this morning on a couple of news shows and in the Star Tribune,

I've seen this happening for years, I get called to drop a container at a storage facility and they load a 40ft can full to the brim with foodstuffs and other "junk" up to and including cars. I always wondered where they got the money to do this. Appearently from the taxpayer.
