This Harry Stevens character is one odd guy. No one seems to know where he came from or anything about him. He had this wild resume running for a Nat'l delegate spot for the Democratic Convention. He gets elected and also takes over as chair of the Mower Co. DFL. He gets himself chosen (or however it's done) to the Electoral College and then about a month before the election he resigns as Mower Co. Chair and declares himself an Independent. Go figure? With so little known about the guy, what if he decides to throw his vote to Nader or Bush?
