Man gets 12 years for slaying St. Paul woman. In other news man gets 15 years for possessing meth. Mandatory minimum sentence.

1/10,000 of the amount who die from tobacco, that's how much. Who's the dumbass? Duh...
Your a tobacco dealer. You get taxes off every pack. I don't see you going to prison for killing 450,000 people a year....dumbass...

Well maybe she deserved it and the meth dealer had it comming from prior convictions. Hell people, when are you going to wake up and relize our country and system is broken. Screw it, DEATH TO ALL WHO BRAKE THE RULES! Does that make u girls happier. It would me

A statistician! We have a statistician on our hands folks! Perhaps he/she/it should rant based on facts instead of opinions... just a thought.
BTW, tobacco doesn't kill people, inhaling does! LOL
It's so unbelievable how much of a waste of air you are. It totally amazes me! Tell me, does it hurt to be so dumb? Or are you too dumb to really feel pain? Or perhaps, too dumb to know what pain and dumb are?

Seriously folks...it's sad when society accepts less prison time for murder than possessing drugs.

Only story I could find on 15 years for meth was this one:

BRAZIL — A Brazil man was sentenced on Thursday to 15 years, eight months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Shaun R. Clark, 27, worked for a meth trafficking cell that distributed meth along the Interstate 70 corridor running from Indianapolis to Terre Haute. The trafficking cell distributed more than 40 pounds of meth per month from May 2005 through January 2006.
Jason B. Swearingen, 33, of Mansfield pleaded guilty to the same crime and was sentenced on Thursday by U.S. District Judge Larry J. McKinney to seven years, three months in prison.

However, you cannot compare laws of one state to laws of another.
In addition, he was sentenced to FEDERAL prison on what are obviously FEDERAL charges.
When you compare state minimum sentences to federal minimum sentences..... of course it was also 360 pounds over the course of nine months. Guess the post had to have a drug theme to make someone feel good for starting it.
