Here is an audio file of the council meeting where they are trying to convince themselves that everything isn't done in the backroom (and according to Kron it's a dark room).
There are some funny things said by Amundson when they are talking about letting people have some input in their little meeting, especially when he says, "well if it's not on our agenda then it's definately not pre agenda so therefore it would have to be a workshop or some other meeting type."
This guy just doesn't get that it's the, "other meetings" that they forget to tell the media and public about that's the problem.

Councilor Jeff Fjelstad said the preagenda meetings are for the councilors to become acquainted with the issues. He said many times the preagenda meetings are the first time they've seen the issues and public input might make issues more confusing to some of the councilors.

I think we all know which councilor he was talking about. Why didn't he just say, "it might confuse Mary" ?
