I said before when discussing why A.L. has problems attracting industry that one of its problems is a higher-than-expected crime rate for a town its size.

Might it also be that Freeborn County gets crime reported? How can there be NO acts of vandalism reported? Might also be Freeborn County goes after liquor sales violations and drug dealing. Still better to lock my door than move to Worth County.
