Well, another leader bites the dust because of his sexual predilictions.  What's your take on the situation?

Typical Republican. Uber hypocrite.

The same guy who advances a bill to put people away for Internet hook ups is a fag pedophile himself.

Gets caught and checks himself into alcohol rehab...although he's never had a drinking problem. It's all the boozes fault... :glare:

Really no different than getting duped by Gabe.

It would be nice if the court system treats Foley like anyone else would be treated but we all know that won't happen.  Regardless of his political affiliation this guy is a scumbag.

Why is it always a republican lately? Is it just the law of averages, and the same as all the democratic corruption and lack of morals of the 80's?

I don't know - but a lot of these guys would be an embarrasement no matter which party they belong to...

and as for anyone in leadership that covered up for him because they feared losing his seat in Congress - what a bunch of idiots...

I don't know where their moral compass was on this one either (Reynolds and Hastert)...

Who cares about the political affiliation? Voting time is coming up. If they knew about his e-mails 5 years ago why wasn't he asked to resign then? Why is it it suddenly comes to public light now? Refer to Question #1. The dems are as guilty for this as the repubs who covered for it. If the Dems waited to "expose" it right before the election. In either case, this deviant needs the book thrown at him  And HARD!!! How dare he put on the front of going after the predators and instilling laws all the while be doing it himself. He is a pathetic piece of sh## that needs to go down.

Well if they knew about it for 5 years and it's all politically motivated then why didn't the "Dems" expose it last election. ???

How could the "Dems" be held accountable for something the GOP kept from them? And the "Dems" didn't expose it, a media outlet did.
