I've been to quite a few county commissioner meetings and I've heard Gabe talk plenty of times and after listening to this tape a couple times I can guarantee that something isn't right.
If this would have been a county commissioner meeting he would have violated his own Rule 19 at least 3 different times.
Pay close attention to how his manners and his voice change when he talks to Sparks.

What happened to the city council's rule of 5 minutes to address the council? Ron G. talked or was before the council for over 10 minutes. Is this a selective thing, such as who you are or perhaps what you are saying that is the criteria! If they are going to have a 5 minute rule it sure should be used in a uniform manner.

It's like someone stated in here the other day, it all depends on who it is at the microphone. This pretty much seals it. The regular average joe has 5 min. Gabe gets all the time he needs. What he really needs is to learn his address!!!!

I just listened to that file and the only thing I can say, is kind of abstract If you were to split my head open with an ax... little, mean, fat piggies would come spilling out.

An extended runway would do more economically around here then all the courthouses, schools and libraries in the county But, shhhhhhh, let's not disturb the quiet of the people that get so exhausted spending all the money, that is hard work Does'nt anyone play Sim City anymore? Build the commercial infrastructure before the frills. Even kids know that or they lose the game

I would guess one of us has a problem with file association, (I'll double check the server). To get around it you should be able to hold down the shift key as you click the link and then chose the save option and save it to your computer. Then just open the file using windows media player.
