God you're a moron...Jesus why is your IQ so low? What the hell is a "known drug head"? What does that even mean?

If a person has prior traffic tickets, would they be a "known speeder"? LOL

Albert is dumb because of people like you. Dumb white trash through and through.

Just like we consider you a 'known moron'

minnow does not need nor does he deserve a response when he posts such nonsense. I picture little minnow as a very old 56 year old ... no teeth or rotting ... hair all out of place and dirty ... bathes once a month whether he needs it or not ... plaid shirt with holey jeans ... tennies have a huge hole in the toe. The two friends that he used to have are both dead and burried due to drug overdoses, and now little minnow is lonely and has no one to look up to him.

All this ... living inside of a rounded trailer house out in a field somewhere with one wire coming in to connect him to the internet. Now this is where he tries and gets respect ... with nonsense and stupidity. Such a lonely little man.

Don't forget about the 30 year old huffy he uses for transportation (plus its an investment). :D

He's still got minnow fan on his side though.  I'm guessing minnow fan is one of two things, either minnow with a different log-in, or a drug dealer minnow promised not to testify against.

I think minnow fan is aka: minnow with a diff log in. He speaks with the same fifth grade mentallity. Perhaps he's minnows "little minnow" ... *wink - wink* :p

Besides that ... who in their right mind would actually choose someone like minnow to look up to and admire besides himself? This is his way of trying to make us believe he is worthy of a follower. I'm not buying it.

That's true, big cities have computers in there squads, so what, that doesn't mean our small city needs them.

Albert Lea has radars in all their squads, but smaller towns don't have them in their squad cars.

It seems to me that Albert Lea is trying to "keep up with the Jones" just to "keep up with the Jones".

What the heck, it's only tax payers money....

Police on the beat could make a small fortune by running people for a fee. But since it's only MN and WI in the data base the fee shouldn't top several hundred dollars per search.

Another nail in the coffin of probable cause.  Cops will discreetly check you out on computer and then stop you just because something in the computer made them curious.  No longer have to make a record of their inquiry by calling dispatch.  Police state.  1984 stuff.  Perhaps good for serious crime or terrorism, but  not worth the loss of privacy or rights against illegal search and seizure for Albert Lea stuff like suspected dwi or pot smokers.
