as backwards as Freeborn county is, maybe a stone tablet & chisel would be a better way to record the meetings?

If the County board and the City council have nothing to hide then there should be no problem to broadcasting their meeting. I think its way past time to let the citizens of Albert Lea and Freeborn County see what their elected officials are up to. :)
