Yes. It's actually a fitting for a car you install on fridge low pressure size so you can use r134a in your fridge.

^^ I'll have to give those cheap little lights a 5 star rating...
They're magnetic too, I keep two of them in my gun safe, one above the shelf one below, they're not on for long amounts of time but mine are at least 3 years old and work fine.
Keep one stuck under the seat in my Truck.
