^^Fuel surcharge has been around since 2005...President in 2005 was George W. Bush.
You're merely trying to pivot because it's impossible for you to admit Corporate oil is the culprit...add to that Donald Trump's tariffs and you got a corporate/Republican policy disaster...

^^ and you “think” (that’s a stretch) Trump did nothing to promote cheap energy? With sub $40 oil during his presidency I would think the oil company wouldn’t have liked him much. Gropey’s $100 oil (now sub $100, thanks to a failing economy) would have the oil companies jumping for joy. Cut the US supply, higher prices follow. Even Gropey admits to this folly
