Biden is now up to 50.8% of the popular vote, topping Reagan’s 50.7% in 1980. This is the highest percentage for a challenger since FDR in 1932. 50.8% (76,343,332)

Had there been some type of mass voter fraud why didn't the Dem's take the Senate and increase their lead in the House?
As it stands Biden will be totally kneecapped by McConnell...
Most Dem's voted Absentee which actually requires identification as well as a paper trail...
As for electronic voting machines, yes I wouldn't trust them..
The real voter fraud was carried out by GOP lawyers who at the last minute changed the rules...here in Minnesota we have a postmark statute, if your vote was postmarked it should have been counted but by federal judges all votes received after Nov. 3rd had to be set-aside even if they were postmarked prior...
All this Trump scorched earth policy is about negotiating a get out of jail free card...

All depends on how the machine is weighted, if you watched the video the MIT prof explains that discrepancy. Also quite interesting that on election night those swing states stopped ballot counting to do "a software update"?
There seems to be a pattern shown in the use of Dominion vote tabulators and needs to be investigated.
As to election day ballots, all received ballots need to adhere to what state law says, if the state law says ballots must be received by 8pm election day regardless of postmark then any ballots showing up after 8pm need to be tossed. A judge cannot change state law any judge that does so needs to be tossed out.

Also you mention judges violating election laws? Well were is this happening exactly then? Just some statement that if some judge does wrong it should be repudiated is like claiming fraud but not really claiming fraud. Think heard Kent Star do that.
Also if we're going to talk about allegations of voter suppression: Let's talk about all of it then.
