Can you say bubble...One sign of a potential bubble is rapidly rising home prices. This one has been orchestrated by the Federal Reserve with artificially low interest rates..

Another concern is the increase in unregulated mortgage brokers, they originated 57.6% of U.S. mortgages. They aren't as regulated as banks. (2008 2.0 ) Derivatives really never went away or were cleaned up, they're still with US and growing...

Another coming concern in Real Estate is the life expectancy 78 on average, meaning the Boomers in a few years will flood the market with homes driving down the price to the point of collapse.

The Fed has turned real-estate into a boom or bust cycle.

Maybe Global Warming and rising sea levels will be a boon to the Midwest housing Market...

Every now and again I get hand written letters asking if I want to sell, usually it’s not too hard to see that these letters come from Muslim immigrants. I also get calls from realtors. When I decide to start selling properties I expect to do quite well.

Considering we’re more than likely to see a second term for our President, I see things becoming more profitable. Hopefully this Coronavirus settles down a bit. Seems this is what happens when you cram high concentrations of population into small areas. Kinda like what the Nazis are doing in the cities.

No surprise.  Much better job.  Didn’t mind my time there.  Thought it was a nice small town but had too many people who complained about there being no job opportunities and yet anytime anything was rumored to possibly be interested in coming to town people were all mad “we don’t want that in our town”.
