If you can fanthom the difference, because you're a tad slow, it's not my fault.
Like I said, glad it was Brua and not someone else. I think his friend should even be charged with something.

Friends should not let friends drive drunk. Friends should not ride with drunk friends.

Most everyone there had a designated driver, the others walked. Most everyone who has a little to much to drink is more than happy to give up their keys for another drink Then we either give them a ride or call a cab. Pick themup the next day bring them to their car. We are a neighborhood bar. Still doing the neighborly thing minnow you are to self centered to understand that.

KDOM, I don't feel sorry for Brad, it was his stupid fault for getting in the car, but going as far as charging him is a little much. If that's the case, they should charge everyone at the Bend, because they were drunk when they left.

I just feel it's time we all grow up about the drug issues. And that includes nicotine and alcohol. We force kids to grow up in a warped and highly hypocrital environement...and then expect then to make sense of it all.

Lest not we judge, until all the facts are in, thus far it has been alot of speculation.

Kid dyno, I think you need to think before you speak. Calling them "punks" at a time like this is uncalled for. Mitch's family and friends may read this from time to time and calling Mitch names is only going to add salt to their fresh wounds. So Brad and Mitch did make a poor choice which I'm sure every single one of us has at one point in our lives.
Brad and Mitch were at the Bend where they got into a verbal argument with a couple of guys. They left there and were headed to Austin to pick up a friend.
I saw Brad at the funeral and he looked pretty banged up but he needs to be thankful to be alive. My prayers go out to all the family and to Brad and his family.
