It's a matter of defining the line between employment and assistance, and I'll be the first to admit that I wouldn't know where to start with that one. Most employers and some temp agencies require a whiz quiz. Even people on medical assistance who are prescribed opioids are tested for other drugs. That said, many people beat those tests with so-called "fake pee."
All that said, Sessions' calling marijuana use "...a serious crime" is ludicrous. The last thing we need is to be clogging up the courts with this nonsense, which is either a means to bolster the coffers of the Prison Industrial Complex, or a response to lobbying from Big Pharma, which stands to lose money with widespread use of marijuana and other alternative pain relief.
If the AG was heavily invested in snack foods as opposed to private prisons, this would be a non-issue.

But let’s get back to testing, how about it, test our elected officials? And yes, it’s wishful thinking but why not, their decisions affect a lot of lives.

If you'd do a little research as to the reason for the decline in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or food stamps.
You'd find this program while federal - is ran by individual states, many of the red states have increased regulation requirements making the program out of reach for many...not that we still don't have 44 to 45 million folks on this program...Why are all these people on this program—This in part relates directly to the Republican agenda— right to work laws, low or no minimum wage, legalized Union Busting, Trump using Executive Orders to undermine the working class, and red state Governors.
If you'd do some corresponding research as to crime rates and incarcerations you'd find the numbers relate... People have to eat, when the Republican Greed plan is penciled out it cost US more in the long run...

1. Food stamps are nothing more than a crutch, very few actually need it, most abuse it.
2. The free market should dictate rates of pay, I've worked under that premise all my life, it's always worked for me. Maybe if you hadn't spent your life polishing a chair with your ass you'd know.
3. Sarah Sanders is a beautiful, articulate human being, quite possibly the best press secretary we've ever seen.
4. 3:53am? Dog wants out, coffee needs to be made, Freight's hot as hell so I have to service customers.
