Not sure how you consider anything I said as being pious. My comment was more in the realm of begging. "Socialist nutjob" only because the news outlets you choose do your thinking for you.
You've said yourself, we vote for the person who best represents our interests. Bernie Sanders is the first person in my voting life to actually have a real chance to become preident, who I trusted to try doing what he says. I've been a fan of his for years and listened to his weekly discussion on the Thom Hartman show for years. I've made it clear that my biggest concerns are the environment, our military aggression, our meddling in other countries, and the totally corrupt media and government. He was the only one I trust and whole-heartedly agree with on those issues.
I am pretty sure the majority of we the people felt the same way, and that's how he was able to fill his stadiums and also get such a mind-boggling amount of donations from we the people.
