Trump does another flip flop... Afghanistan, 16 year military quagmire trillions squanders and Trump doubles down..
How long does it take before Afghanistan's Military takes control? This is another Bush Blunder compounded by a Democratic President and now another Republican President...
Where's the Trump of the campaign trail, America first, no more nation building...the Trump who said both Afghanistan and Iraq were mistakes..

^^You must be heartbroken, even your usual source Breitbart has turned on Trump...
as I remember the whole reason we went into Afghanistan was because the Taliban wouldn't extradite Bin Laden, he's dead, mission accomplished...if you believe the body count on Al-Qaeda the heard is mighty thin...mission accomplished...we're broke no more nation building unless it's ours...
you think we'd learn all this empire building installing governments just doesn't work...
If Afghanistan or any other country put an occupation army in our land installed a Government, tell me there wouldn't be a resistance movement among our populace...

Let's see... we invade Afghanistan in 2002, and 14 years later, we have an opioid crisis. Coincidence? Doubtful.

over all thought the speech was good. the first part on issues here was a week late however.
Agree - no nation building, and we should not be footing the whole bill. Not sure how you get others to help pay for it though.
He gave no details, but when has he on anything?
I think first thing to do is totally decimate all poppy fields. End their $$$$ stream and put a damper on our horrific drug problem here.

I thought I heard something about no money to Pakistan, I thought that might be a way to get money. Funny thing is when I did a search it google came up with a dozen of so sites on how to send money to Pakistan.
