:dunce: it's not Obama care costs that are out of control, but a for profit healthcare system that's sucking the life out of our nation!

^^yeah, I seem to remember you and a few others here trying to shovel that crap "obamacare will fix everything" well it hasn't, it's made it worse. Insurance companies are businesses, they're there to make a profit, not be some cow you can milk for welfare till they're bankrupt.

This is the socialist way, from those who produce, to those who consume (to paraphrase Marx) screw your profit, you must bow to the will of the gov so we can continue to be voted in. If it doesn't work, throw more money at it.

So what's next, confiscating farmers crops, no business is allowed to profit more than a certain percentage, if at all?

Let it go back to the free market, strike down some regulations and it will take care of itself.

Whatever the solutions are they're not going to come from you prattling phone granny.

You're dismissed. Now run along and find some more bad news.

Or Copy paste some more pictures.

You're great at recycling internet drivel!

If that's what you want. . . Then you're definitely the go-to girl.

Outside of that a complete waste of time to read anything you type.

I provided some questions in my post, questions I and many more would like answers to. If you're not able to come up with any hopefully others will. As far as bad news? The new sign period starts Nov 1, just a few days away and as stated in several news sources premiums are going up 50 to over 60% and if you don't pay te gov will fine you, a family of four up to 2K for the year.

I do consider this bad new for a lot of people but I suppose if one is like you and you run through life with your head up your ass, hay, who am I to interfere with your fun.

Dismissed? go f#%k yourself pal

Oops! Almost forgot your picture :woohoo:

Free Market what an idgit...

Government has provided business with private gain at public expense though Government subsidies, supports, and deficit spending with an increasingly corporate biased tax system. From farmers to casino owners, from hedge funds to bankers, from aerospace to defense contractors, from the small businessman to the big box store there prevails a welfare for the rich at the expense of the people..yet you have audacity to preach the virtues of self-reliance and the “Free Market”..

When Government steps in and puts rules to protect the people, “obamacare”  insure that their premiums are spent on health-care to take care of the sick and not pocketed by the robber barons, suddenly that becomes an unsustainable burden on the private sector..

This coming from the guy who used government grants to go to college, become a truck driver, and spend decades operating his business entirely on government property.

Yep, you're a regular Milton Friedman now that the free market government has provided the secondary education and even the pavement that your trucks use.  Only so you can get on the internet, which ironically was also created from government funding, and tell us how bad the government is.   :dunce:

^^about $1400 in loans that I paid back? And I pay dearly for the roads I use.
But go ahead, make them all toll roads.

Try again.

I had a conversation with my son this weekend, he's recently struck out on his own, free enterprise  :D . The subject of health insurance came up, he was quoted $5000 for a year, wow, this kid is 27, in perfect health, doesn't smoke and he's quoted 5K?

He has friends that are in the same boat, he's choosing the follow suite with them, take the penalty, in his bracket he's looking $2600 or so. If he gets hurt or sick? Quick get a bustercare policy, he can't be refused for a pre existing.

It sounds as if quite a few young ones are doing this, all things considered the fine is a bargain compared to the premium.
