No charges against police officers in Jamar Clark shooting death
Clark was not handcuffed and refused to take his hand off an officer's gun, so a second officer shot Clark in the head, County Attorney Mike Freeman spelled out, based on the investigation.

Can anyone remember or show evidence the last time a police officer divulged information of unethical conduct by a fellow officer? This code of unethics breeds mistrust among the public, much the same mistrust of NSA, defense dept, and politicians.
In MN anyone---- not wearing boring ugly clothing, not driving an ugly boring vehicle, not living in an ugly boring suburb, not accepting our boring ugly culture---is suspect and targeted by MN WASP paranoids, bigots, rednecks, racists...many among our police force.

What bothers me most about this case is if a white suspect had assaulted his girlfriend, assaulted the EMT who came to treat his first victim, and got into a fight with police officers who came to stop him and was subsequently killed during that struggle. That would be okay? One of the biggest problems today is this racist notion that there is some kind of double standard with the way people are treated when there isn't one. In this case if the suspect were to behave the way Mr. Clark did it wouldn't matter if he was black, white, brown, red, yellow, or green with pink polka dots he was going to end up seriously wounded or dead doing what he was doing!

^^^I agree with you on this particular case.
How would you know there is or isn't a double standard? You simply do not believe persons of color are treated differently than whites. Read or watch the documentary "Black Like Me", the true story of a white man changing his skin to black to prove racism exists. He was highly successful in his endeavor.
Making crude assumptions about race relations in general from cases like this only reinforces and distorts an internal bias. There are indications among science that people are born with various degrees of racist tendencies. Neurotic society then pours fuel on the fire. And thus we get preceding comments.
To all the shade tree lawyers:
Apartheid was legal. The Holocaust was legal. Colonialism was legal. Slavery was legal. Legality is a matter of power, not justice.
