Tribune says they aren't announcing the last act for Wednesday until after Tree Town in May.  Pretty sure that FCF still is using Variety Attractions for booking.  That only leaves a few artists that play Tree Town on Sunday that they represent.  It's down to Tim McGraw or Chris Janson.  They represent another female artist (Morgan Fraizer) , but earlier statements have used male pronouns referring to the future announcement.  

Bets on which one we get

Tim McGraw - Humble and Kind


Chris Janson - Buy Me a Boat

Now let's spoil it one step further...

Tim McGraw plays in Canton, OH on the 5th and Detroit Lakes on the 6th of August.  Doesn't make much sense that he would book that way if playing here.

Chris Janson plays Davenport IA on the 2nd, and Rock Springs Wyoming on the 6th.  

Winner winner chicken dinner, there's the mystery artist for Wednesday August 3rd 2016.
