^nope, he should have the book thrown at him, stripped of his congressional seat. But our lax judicial system and two sided courts will prevail for him.
Plus I believe all welfare recipients should be drug tested

Our judicial system isn't lax, the U.S. incarcerates citizens at a higher rate than any other country on the globe. That's the opposite of lax, and most are in prison for non-violent offenses.
I was pointing out the hypocrisy, and the difference in sentencing when the guy has money and power versus the average American.
