Domestic spending to improve our infrastructure and raise the minimum wage has been fought by the other side every step of the way.  If you want to improve the numbers, start calling the Republican caucus and tell them to stop standing in the way of those objectives.

We have to shut down the parks every time Congress doesn't want to spend the money they already approved.  If the economy is a priority, it seems like a great time to bring our infrastructure into the 21st Century and increase the buying power of the consumer.

But we can't rebuild our infrastructure and the Middle East's. Besides, in the US, there are bidding rules.

But the CBO says raising the min. Will cost jobs, this from an outfit the progressives love to cite till it goes the opposite of their philosophy.

As I said, the progressives love the CBO till it goes against them.

Owning several franchises? Oh! How despicable! Using those kids starting out in the job market for his evil profits :sarcasm:

I know a couple of kids that have worked their way through college working at Micky-D's. One has stayed with a franchisee and manages two stores, he makes really good $ doing this.

^ me? Personally, I don't eat the crap.

The buns are white bread
The meat is... Questionable?
And I really like to stay away from deep fried stuff.

But a job is a job when you're a kid.
