Actually, ilovedogs, the truth isn't being posted here.  There are so many things going on behind the scenes it isn't even funny.  If you guys believe just what you see, you'll never know what's actually going on.
Simon Says Rescue Mojo is supposed to be a neutral page, they are not.

Pray tell what is going on with this search. Crates are damaged and more crates often requested to be borrowed. As of the latest comments there's hired professionals to trap. The Simon page on Facebook has been a piece of work being run by a cat rescue which joined Facebook only a few days ago. It is said that a Kristine only asked for the rescue and the transport group to make statements because it's literally a page for the transport group which her goal was to post the announcement by the transport group but making it appear to be balanced by also asking the rescue group. It's certain if the organization does safely rescue Mojo that the Simon Says page will slant in favor of the transport if you can detect the nuances.

I can vouch that this is not a hoax.  I have been out there looking, and I have seen him.  He is not easy to catch as he is very scared of people.

Today is March 19th. Why wasn't this posted on this forum sooner? This isn't a large city but there's a population that may have had the heart to assist in a search.  People could've loaned any traps if they had any and helped. Mojo went missing in Albert Lea on March 1st and why are many of us only now becoming aware of this endeavor to find a dog that has been missing for this amount of days? The inclement weather is not conducive to a dog's well-being when there's no adequate food or shelter. Do those people think that the residents of Albert Lea are inept and unable to assist? Discounting the locals ability?

ilovedogs it's competition about who gets the dog will get the glory and rebuild damaged rep. they r wrkng against each other not with each other bcause the tnpt grp blamed the resq but backfired on them except for their followers...Competition at its finest...All At Mojo's expense!!!!!! :(

Elisa Anne I was the driver. He was tethered to the inside of my truck. He was not tethered while I was driving. When we stopped to meet the next driver, I tethered him again. The other driver opened the door slowly to slip lead him but he jumped at the ground forcefully when he jumped, the tether snapped in two. He is strong as heck. It was a webbed tether. He must have been chewing on it when I went in to get gas. He did not chew anytime I was in the car with him because I kept looking in my rear view mirror at him. I walk dogs for a living and I run a rescue. No other dogs have ever gotten loose from me, EVER! He got loose on his way up to Minnesota also by a different driver. He should have been sent with a GPS collar on him. He had on a harness and half a tether and a collar. Accidents happen. But Debi If you are some kind of miracle person that never has accidents, more power to you. I walked all day for three days looking. Failed a class because I wanted to find him instead of turning on an important assignment, spent two hundred dollars on gas, another two hundred on supplies, got frostbite,y own dog got injured, and put up with endless drama. I wanted nothing more than to find him and cried my head off for a week. I still cry.

The weather  at night is horrible for Mojo, can he survive it?. The poor dog is  freezing. Why did they wait so  long to hire a professional to search for this poor dog ?  It is a very long time to have to wait in the frigid weather of Mn. ,why wait this long to send out professional help?

To be honest, I had completely forgotten about this forum until somebody informed me that Mojo was being talked about in here.  If you look at my history, I have been on here for several years, but I rarely posted anything and haven't been in here in over a year.  There is a lot of misinformation out there on both sides.  It has become a competition, but it didn't start that way.  Initially everybody was working together.  The rescue was suppose to be putting out flyers all over and contacting the media for assistance.  By my understanding, they didn't get very far with the media, and based on what I've seen, they didn't do much with the flyers.  What split the groups up was how people wanted to work with the property owner that Mojo was known to be on.  The property owner had set up to meet with one person, but the rescue felt that they had to be there to meet with the property owner as well.  They would not allow the person to meet with the property owner and ask for permission to bring the others in to help look.  That person then dropped out so as not to bombard the property owner with a bunch of people.  And then the name calling started so that person and a small group backed out.  Initially, the rescue claims that the property owner was very friendly and helpful, but the phone calls he made to the others were quite the opposite.  The rescue group kept pushing until eventually some of their searchers were arrested for trespassing.  At that point several people contacted the other group and asked them to rejoin the search.  This was basically KHTC.  The rescue at that point posted on their facebook page "Help Find Mojo" DO NOT contact any locals in the area.  It has been a big mess ever since.  There are many lies and deceit involved.

It's certain if the organization does safely rescue Mojo that the Simon Says page will slant in favor of the transport if you can detect the nuances.

Here is the truth as I know it.

I was to be the 2nd and 3rd leg of Mojo's trip back to GA.  When we opened Elisa's (Driver 1) door, we heard the tether snap as Mojo jumped out of the back of the SUV. He jumped thru her arms and off he went.  We kept sight of him until we lost him in the field in front of Home Depot.  We then contacted the original rescue, Protecting Paws, then the transport, KHTC, then the adoptive (mom) in GA. Elisa and I were out all day looking for Mojo, calling in several friends and even the Humane Society to help.  KHTC made me the contact person because I live here and I have experience with live trapping and also because of my experience at the Humane Society when I volunteered there.
We called the foster dad down from the cities and he didn't have any luck finding Mojo either.
Fast forward a couple of days, we found that Mojo was making his way between Trails and the State Park.  So back to Trails everyone went.  The rescue, Protecting Paws did not like how I was doing things, despite their knowledge and experience in even setting up a live trap.  They wanted me and the people helping me find this dog, out of the search.  We pulled our live traps, and things got extremely heated.  An owner of the rescue threatened to kill me and even went so far as to punch the mirror on my truck, breaking it.  This is where they say their traps were stolen.  How can they be stolen when they weren't even their's?? I wasn't about to leave 3 traps in their possession worth $300 or more a piece.
Part of their rescue got arrested for trespassing on posted land behind Trails.
They even issued a statement they were done looking for the dog, he was a $5 dog anyway and they had spent close to $1,000 looking for him.  This is where I came back into the search. I was not about to leave this dog out in the cold.
I have been working with some volunteers to search for and trap Mojo.
It's not that we don't want more volunteers, we want volunteers who know what they are doing.  Obviously Mojo can't be chased and he can't be talked to.  We need to win his trust and capture him safely.
If you look at the Help Find Mojo facebook page, it specifically states to not contact anyone in Albert Lea about Mojo.

Obviously there is more drama to this saga, but I think you all get the drift.
Having said that, if anyone seriously wants to come out and help search for Mojo, contact me.  I am willing to work with you, go over the areas we need covered and what still needs to be covered.

Needs all tobe run thru the crap detector.

Who sent who to MN? Siblings? Now who might that be? Come on, think!

Robyn Jeppesen I have reached out to Eldad Hager as well, but have yet to hear back. Hoping I will soon. I have reached out to MANY pet detectives who are giving me tips, but they know it will be difficult to accomplish them without having access to property (the property lines is HUGE, many many acres). We are doing everything we possibly can that is law abiding. We have tried sweet talking the farmer many times. Unfortunately, the police have informed us we are NOT to contact the farmer anymore! The reason being . . . somebody from another group came to MN in the middle of the night and decided to contact one of the farm's owners (it's a group of siblings) at 3:00AM, to ask for permission to go onto property. This severely hindered us and created a lot of obstacles as the owner was not pleased with a 3AM phone call. I promise we are doing everything possible.

How many fliers were posted in twn? Ther's no reason the tnpt organization couldn't have posted Mojo on this forum to get the word out about him and to ask for help early on. One of the members had posted the link in  the grp on March 10 and no one paid attn to it. An Albert Lea discussion forum and just blew it off??? Count the days gone by that help could've been received from here.  It's not easy to get ppl to search for animals but an attempt could've been made here. What a waste of sources!
