I have an aunt who remembers him. They were good friends in late grade school or early junior high, and sometimes hung around together. I think (but I'm not sure) she was born around 1938. I don't know what school she attended, but my dad went to Hawthorn. By the time he was in school, they lived on the north side, but they may have lived closer to Ramsey before that.

Eddies picture also appears in the Albert Lea Methodist Church’s confirmation class photo of 1950.

Is that the church across from Southwest?

I had heard that he attended Southwest, at some point, as well.

What year was that built?
