i needed a dvd (not copyrighted) copied & did not know how to do it. i contacted my son in the cities, he is quite savvy with computers. he just said go to teamviwer.com & i will control your computer to get it done. i just sat there & watched the mouse whip around & do it's thing. if you are interested in this type of thing just google teamviewer to have it explained or download it.
