this stadium deal is heating up! where to build it, how to pay for it is getting alot of attention. the question i would have is can minnesota afford to take on this debt considering the budget situation or for that matter should they?

Let them pay for it. The Packers are publicly owned. Maybe it's time to put the Vikings up for public ownership (via stock) and let their owners decide and fund things like this. Otherwise, call their bluff and let them go.

For years I've been hearing our Mayors & Mayor Candidates wanting to make Albert Lea a tourist destination. Why not bring the Vikings here? Maybe they can link the bike lane to the stadium.  :rofl:

On a serious note. Enjoy the Vikings final season in MN. There is a reason why all the new stadium designs in Los Angeles have Purple seating.
