Crap-o-la! Money maker for the contractor, money for whom ever was sold the bill of goods. Fire everyone involved. 
Absolute nonsense. Amazing how in the videos, that the traffic is light and timed. Get into the real world. A major rip-off of public funds. I have traveled these mazes and it is an accident waiting to happen. No time is spared and if you do not know exactly where you are going beware.

does anyone remember the turnabout that was located at the far end of north broadway? pictures? if i remember correctly they installed a christmas tree there in the winter. this was before fountain st was extened. i believe it used to be called willow st, not sure about that.
