I received a gift from the U.S. Department of Commerce some time ago. A 28 page survey to be filled out. Now I have a letter to go along with it. The letter states that by U.S. law, I'm required to fill it out. I know that.
The questions range from how many in my household to what I make, how many cars I have to what sex and ethniticity I am. Do I have hot water, how much do I pay. Do I have insurance and have I given birth in the last 12 months. Yet no where does it ask me if I even belong here. Where does it ask if I am a U.S. citizen?
In no way do I see any questions its asking me that I'm required to answer under my constitutional rights other than how many people are in my household.
Two times in recent history do I recall where this was used. Once was under Roosevelt in which then he used it under the Second War Powers Act the other was Nazi Germany. The War Powers Act gave other government agencies authority to seize census records and used them to round up people of Japanese descent. We know what Germany did.
It didn't take me long to fill out this form. This is what you get Obama. At least this time, we already know the White House has taken control siezed the census bureau.

The former "Community Organizer" then looked to hire ACORN--you know, the folks that were indicted and/or plead guilty of widespread fraud in the last election--to help count. You better do some brush(bush)up on things. I got one a couple of years ago. Back when "W" was in charge. I get tired of the right and the left try to blame the other for everything. Some of those questions do infringe upon your 4th and 5th amendments, if WE the PEOPLE keep handing over information voluntarily and allowing the fed gov't run roughshod all over the Constitution where and when do we say enough is enough, I just do not understand why people would hand over personal information that is none of the gov't business, if they want the info force them to get a subpoena otherwise tell em to go get bent.
