recent letter to the al tribune. http://www.albertleatribune.com/2013...sistant http://www.cityofalbertlea.org/i-want-to/employment/ imho, i do not think that this position should be filled at this time. albert lea is not in a growth stage & has not been for some time. why have there not been any coverage or discussion of this possible hiring made available to the public? if i remember correctly they hired a human resource awhile ago. it would seem that the city could also do more with less as many companies are doing today.

Also, crazy how the "guest visits" to the forum spike when the city is looking to shoot itself in the foot.
Hell, back in the day when things were good we had city manager that could run the city and do Dorman's job, kids these days just can't multi-task like the last generation.
