1 Partial 1772 Sq
Would you pay that much? (Tax report says it is worth $132). All the other houses surrounding hers are worth anywhere from $95-125.
It appears to be a nice home, but IMO it is overpriced...
Is the housing market on its way back?? We are looking for a home with at least 3 bdrms but at these prices, who can afford a bigger home and it seems hard to find a well taken care of home these days in the lower price ranges.

A hunderd years from now, who will know you over paid? What is the 1 Partial 1772 Sq? It sounds to big to be a partial bath. Tax reports usually understate the value, but in todays market who knows.

It has a half bath [stool & sink only] plus a full bath [tub, stool, sink.]
The living space is 1772 sqft.

I have not seen the house, but I suspect she overpaid for it and is trying to come out of the deal whole.

Is she selling it herself? I think the price isn't set by her if she has it listed. Maybe there are upgrades inside that make it worth more. Why don't you go take a look before you decide it isn't worth that much. Why does everything anyone in office does become some kind of scam? Take a look ...then decide , instead of just guessing.

Mr Randall Erdman of Leland Realty has the house listed for sale.
(IMHO he's one of the areas best real estate agents)
