Isn't Austin too close to Rochester?  I thought I read something about being 50 miles from there to be considered.

There's plenty of empty buildings here they could choose from to open a clinic, it would be great for Albert Lea to have a VA clinic here !

Austin really?  Like what?  Not saying your wrong, just wondering.

I would hope that the VA would site the clinic based on being the best place to serve vets and not something like having an empty building.  Which by they way might favor Owatonna since they have and empty clinic.

Seems to me they could use the Treatment Center building once they move out and into their new facility.

Do you mean the old Naeve Hospital building on Fountain?

If so, I agree.
