i think the illegal immigration situation is finally coming to the attention of john q public. with all the demonstrations in a lot of cities it is hitting home just how many & how dependent we are on them. a glaring example is what happened to the packing plants. this was at one time one of the best paying jobs for the laboring person. with the advent of the illegals that became a low wage market. what the solution is to this vexing problem is anyone's guess. there was a quote out in Calif. that went something like this. we (illegal Mexicans) will take over Calif. with out firing a shot. by making the illegals citizens by a stroke of a pen the political climate will change dramatically. i would venture to say that the majority of the illegals would just as soon stay in Mexico if they could find a decent job to support their family. are we facing a rebellion, a civil uprising, or what will be the result of the demonstrations? perhaps it might not be a bad idea to see if Mexico could be the 51st state.

I was watching the news the other day and they showed a clip of Sen. John McCain telling an AFL-CIO group that the illegal immigrants were taking jobs Americans wouldn't work. When the crowd turned ugly he stood his ground and told them he would offer anyone in that room $50 an hour to pick lettuce but they would have to stay the whole season.
Is there a worse group he could have said that to?

We need an illegal to run for President, this can be his platform, "I will gladly do the job for $25,000 a year, insted of $400,000."

OH NO....Here we go! Dogging the Race again! Come on now....we are all equal. We are one Nation!!! Regaurdless how everyone feels. They are doing nothing wrong here, they are working and they work hard at there jobs..they give 100% of there time to there jobs! We have bigger issue's to be facing I think.....
