Health insurance in MN is supposed to rise by an average of 60%. It's reported the system in this state is near collapse.
What happened to Buster's promise of lower rates?

It was a start after how many decades of talking about it?
Anything of that magnitude is going to have to be changed and tweaked over time.

Another thing that eternally gets talked about.
Tax preparing people probably aren't interested in simplified streamlined payments systems tho.

My take is on the first part of the clip, I have small business friends that are making "house payment " size premiums thanks to bustercare. Yeah, it's affordable alright 
Billy puts it exactly right, low lifes get the bennys, small business pays.
