William Marvin Boyenga, 52, was charged Thursday in Mower County District Court with fifth-degree drug sale and fifth-degree drug possession.
Police responded to a collision after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Eighth Street and 11th Avenue Southwest intersection where a man driving a black truck reportedly failed to stop for a stop sign and collided with a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, driven by a 70-year-old woman. The woman told police she and the other driver both exited their vehicles; however, the man got back in his truck and allegedly fled the scene

Classic hallmarks of addiction include impaired control over substances or behavior, preoccupation with substance or behavior, continued use despite consequences, and denial.[3]
Stupid? Most likely, but this one trick pony has more going on than just being stupid.
