If you'd have read snopes you'd see the simple fact that most junior high school kids could tell you. The federal government doesn't run elections, they're run by the individual states.  They also showed that Soros has no money in that business, and the whole conspiracy theory is bunk.

I do like wiki for a starting point sometimes. But always check and recheck everything. Nice to start with though.
