I was out of town last Sunday.  Did anyone go see all the pullman cars down by the old Queens plant?

Only one I ever knew that sang it was Johnny.

Oh brother Liberal. Rock Island Line the story goes comes from Looosiana prisoners sangin' in the prison yard where they were heard by Leadbelly and friend who recorded the first version. The song was a huge 50's hit for an Englishman and of course Johnny Cash covered it as well as many bands. But they're all missing the best part or the best part was removed in all covers. In the video I'm about to upload me and leadbelly put it back in.
