Topic: Scorpion peppers.

I grew these peppers thinking they might make good hot sauce. I tried a small piece fresh, and another piece pickled tonight and they both sucked at first.. They seemed to have a weird bitter dirt flavor that burns your taste buds off and gives you instant heartburn but once you get over the heat they have kind of a fruity/nutty bear spray flavor.

I had an idea to quarter a pepper and put it in a jar of hamburger sliced dill pickles. After 5 days they're already so hot they give me heartburn before I even swallow them.
